Online booking and customer profile sign-in instructions:

Below is guidance on how to book appointments online by creating a new account for first time visitors or to access your current account in our new software system. Once you have logged in to your profile you can do the following:

  1. Customer Profile: View and edit your profile data(address, phone, email…), fill out or update your Client intake form. If you have any changes to your health or other information you can go back in to this form and update it. You can also view other areas of your personal account: Appointments, Series packages, Gift Cards, Payment Details

  2. Appointments: Book new, view upcoming or past history, change or cancel future services. Fill out forms associated with specific services(facial, wax, salt, sauna, and Covid Waiver)

  3. Series Packages: Any purchased series service packages will show on this page and what service balance remaining.

  4. Gift Cards: buy new, view past purchased Gift cards, and current gift cards on your file

  5. Payment information: You can view what credit card you have on file. Plus you can add or switch which card you would like to use. Please Note: You must have a card on file to book an appointment.



To access your profile account, go to our website's home page and click on either ‘Book Online’ button or ‘Buy Gift Card’ button to take you to the window to sign-in. see figures 1-3.

Once you click on the “Book Online” button you will be taken to the landing page with appointment information to book an appointment. From here click on “Book Now” see Fig: 2

This is the page you can book an appointment or you can sign in to view your profile. Once you arrive at this page, click on the ‘Sign In’ button on the right upper corner to take you to the window to sign-in to your profile. see fig: 3 below

Once you click on ‘sign in’ on the upper right hand corner. It will take you window in the image below (login window) (fig:4)

From this window, you can sign in to an existing account using the email you have on file with us, or you can sign up for a new account if you are a new customer with us. Please note: If you have had a service with us before, but you have not logged in on this new site, put in your email that you have given us to book services in the past click on ‘Forgot Password’ to set up a new one to have access to your account. see fig: 5

When setting a new password it will send you a verification code to your email to enter along with your new password. see fig:6

If you you are new to us, you can set up a new user profile by clicking on “sign up” at the bottom of the login window seen in Fig: 4. The once you click on “sign up” you will be taken to the Client profile details page below to fill out to create your profile. see fig: 7

Once your profile is created or logged into, you can access various pieces of information about your account with us, as seen in the left side panel below in fig. 8. You can also fill out your Client Intake Form required for your services with us. By clicking on the button(fill guest form) at the bottom of this window

When you click on “fill guest form” it will open the Client Intake Form to fill out. see fig:9 below for a section of the form.

If you choose “Appointments” from the left side panel, you can view your past and upcoming appointments. For future appointments, you can reschedule or cancel services. Plus, fill out any additional required services specific forms for that individual visit. see fig: 10

If you select Series Packages from the left panel, you will see any series service packages you have purchased. To view how many benefits are left in the series, click on “know more” underlined on the right side of the window for the benefits window to open. see fig: 11

You will also have access to see what gift cards you have purchased and when.
