Let’s gather to celebrate and express our gratitude for Mother Earth. We’ll explore a variety of ways to connect with crystals and the planet in meditative and reverent ways. These kinds of practices will help us move through life in a more grounded, connected, and peaceful way.
Please bring a water bottle, journal, and your favorite crystal or come early and make a purchase from our stunning collection of crystals and earth-friendly items (we will have discounts on select items for those taking the class).

LORI ROBERTS • MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
Lori Roberts is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Master Level Life Coach, a nationally certified Wellness Coach, and Reiki Master.
For decades, Lori has studied and practiced various forms of mind-body healing and positive personal growth. Among them are Reiki, Insight Meditation, Eastern and Western psychology, and Yoga. She has also personally studied with Tara Brach, PhD, and Jack Kornfield, PhD, who are world-renowned teachers in psychology, mind-body healing, and meditation. She has also been personally mentored as a Master Life Coach by Dr. Sal Benanti, of The Center for Optimum Living in Kinnelon, NJ
In her work today, Lori blends practical psychology and mindfulness with her own style of storytelling, intuitive guided meditations, and mindful mentoring. Her warm attentiveness, humor and skillful insights have helped many to reconnect with their inner wisdom and find ways to move more meaningfully through their lives.
Outside of her professional life, Lori is a devoted mother, a skilled artist and a lover of both nature and the performing arts. She has designed and facilitated community based youth programs for enriching self-confidence and creative self-expression. She has also created positivity-based discussion groups for Seniors, and facilitates many Wisdom Dialogue groups for adults.
