MINOR POLICY

WE ARE currently NOT PROVIDING SERVICES TO MINORs under 16 years old.

Our minors policy requires that all persons under 18 must have our Minor Consent Form AND Intake Form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian.

• For ages 16-17, the parent may initial to waive being in the spa/store for the entire service but must remain reachable by cell phone.

• No one under 18 is allowed in the spa unless receiving a service.
