The Urban Muse is both proud and honored to announce our own co-founder, Kristin Pamperin, has been named the Lakeland Hills YMCA’s 2013 Denville Citizen of the Year!

Since opening The Urban Muse in 2003, Kristin has become deeply involved in the community.  She and her sister and partner, Tracy, both feel that running a business is not sufficient in and of itself, and that community is of equal importance.

Retail therapy is all well and good, but of course, nothing is quite like a visit to the Spa at The Urban Muse!  After a ‘taxing’ day, what better way to treat yourself than a massage, facial, or body treatment?  We have an amazing staff of massage therapists and aestheticians available to treat you.

Wellness for Life - April 16th

When The Urban Muse first opened in Denville, it was our greatest desire to not only be a go-to destination, but a vital member of the community. 

Co-Owners Kristin and Tracy Pamperin took many steps to connect.  They got involved in the Denville Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Committee, and more. When Urban Muse Spa Manager Denise Joy Ridner approached them with the idea to start a free clinic for cancer patients, they didn’t hesitate to make it happen.

The Melpomene Wellness Clinic was a collaborative effort brought to Life by Denise Joy, Brandy Johnson (an Oncology Social Worker at Saint Clares), and Tracy and Kristin. It started as a monthly clinic in 2005 with great success.

Denville Up & Running

On Sunday, October 16th, Denville will be home to the "Denville Up & Running" 5K Walk/Run and Music Festival from 9 am - 6 pm.

We will hosting our first "Open House" since the flood during the festival, so please stop by to see our updated space, peruse our new inventory, enjoy a complimentary chair massage, and try our new fall tea collection
