Kristin and Tracy believe in giving back to the community. Once a month, The Urban Muse runs a wellness clinic offering free spa services to Cancer Patients and Survivors. They supported the September 11 Recovery Program by coordinating and donating a whole day of spa services to survivors and their families. After Hurricane Katrina, The Urban Muse ran a Spa Promotion that raised over $1,800.00 for Habitat for Humanity. They also donate gifts and spa services every month to local schools, churches and not-for-profits.
Kristin and Tracy are active members in Denville’s Chamber of Commerce. Kristin is Immediate past President of the Chamber. Tracy and Kristin formed a Parking Committee back in 2005 to combat the inadequate one hour parking in Denville’s downtown. Since that time they have gotten two hour parking on many of the side streets in Denville. They have also formed a Commerce Committee which is working on making numerous physical improvements to the downtown, as well as making the whole of Denville a great place to live and shop.
